Patricia’s Story

Years spent obsessing over food, her weight and how she looked, and how lifting weights helped free her from her unhealthy obsessions.

“It may not come in a fancy package with a gimmicky name, but lifting heavy weights has served as the key to an entirely new world for me. A world in which I can love my body.”

Kellie’s Story

“I had been slogging away for some time, never getting where I wanted to be.

My workouts were full on. Working out every day, often twice per day and choosing foods from a small, prearranged menu was getting extremely boring and making me miserable.

I was doing all the work, but not getting results. I felt like I was on a hamster wheel just going around and around.

My friend recommended Steve.

I took the leap, contacted him and well what can I say, I finally have the answers. It’s not just the answers, it’s the method, all the little pieces that are prearranged and enter the process at just the right time. Those pieces are now my habits, the things I do most days to be this new version of me, a version who is so much happier. I’m enjoying what I eat, I’m enjoying my workouts, and my new walking routine brings much more to my life than just racking up my step count.

This new version of me gets to eat normal everyday foods and my sweet tooth and binges are a thing of the past. I work out less and feel better than ever.

I have more goals to achieve and with my new process and learnings, I can say I feel very comfortable and motivated moving into my future ambitions. I can take this system with me wherever I go for the rest of my life.”

“A year ago I emailed Steve wanting to improve my health and lose weight. I wasn’t sure if it was going to work because he was based in Los Angeles and I live in Australia, but that wasn’t an issue it worked great!

I love the simplicity and flexibility of his approach! For me this is his secret weapon. This makes it so easy and doable long-term because it’s not a diet, you are shaping new habits for life. It makes too much sense to keep it simple and flexible as life is dynamic and we need to constantly adapt.

I have to say that despite the initial struggle of learning the system, looking back I didn’t sacrifice anything. If I go out for dinner and enjoy double dessert (which is real life), I know what to do the next day.

If I was to add anything else it would be, “trust the process and believe in the magic of the steps.” Once you start your journey you will get what I’m saying.

Be patient and enjoy the ride!”
